BRIGHT developed the UX strategy for BellenBrand’s e-retail platform, creating an intuitive shopping experience that streamlines the the user-flow to drive product discovery and exploration, improve conversion, decrease cart abandonment, and optimize key moments of truth throughout the complete e-commerce, customer journey.
